Andrew Allemann Sells Thriving PodcastGuests.com Platform He Founded in 2016 to Brian Scully

Shortly after my post yesterday about joining Andrew Allemann for the latest episode of his Domain Name Wire podcast, I learned that Andrew had sold another one of his successful enterprises - PodcastGuests.com - at an undisclosed price. The official press release that came out today noted that Andrew launched the site in 2016 with one goal in mind – effortlessly connecting podcasters with experts, authors, and other guests to be featured on their shows. Since then Andrew has used his streamlined email and directory membership business model to grow the business into a platform that has been able to connect over 40,000 users

Andrew, who is best known in the domain world as the publisher of the Domain Name Wire news site, said "I created PodcastGuests.com to solve a problem I had, finding new and exciting guests to feature on my own podcast. I knew the time was right to find someone to take the platform to the next level. FE International found a buyer it had previously worked with, making the process super simple." Regarding the domain name, Andrew added, "I searched for the perfect domain name for the site and landed on PodcastGuests.com, which I bought at Sedo. The good domain name was instrumental in getting the business off the ground quickly."

The buyer, serial entrepreneur Brian Scully, said "I am excited to expand and innovate on the great platform and community that Andrew founded. The power of podcasts to bring people and conversations together in long-form media,  accessible to anyone, has become one of the

best use cases of the internet. Andrew was the first to create a podcast-guest matching service and I intend to preserve the spirit of the platform while finding ways to take it to the next level."
