Another 7-Figure Sale and Two in Six Figures Lead Our Latest Top 20 Domain Sales Chart

This is our third bi-weekly domain sales report of the new year and for the third time in a row, a seven-figure sale headlines our latest all extension Top 20 Sales Chart. This time it is Stable.com, a name that entered the million-dollar plus club after changing hands for $1,008,925 in a sale handled by seller's broker Maxwell Cashman at NewReach.com (a sale we first told you about in our Lowdown section last week).

That blockbuster is followed by a pair of six-figure sales at Sedo. They secured $140,000 for #2 iSign.com and added $100,000 for #3 WordPlay.com. Mike Mann's DomainMarket filled the #4 hole with AirOps.com at $85,000 and Mike DeLucia rounded out the first five after selling NFTAuction.com for $75,000 via GoDaddy. That was an astounding return on investment for Mike as he had purchased that domain for just $12 through GoDaddy Auctions in August 2020!

Sedo's ledger included the biggest ccTLD sale of the new year to date in #6 WV.de at €60,000 ($68,400). They also booked the top non .com gTLD sale this time around the track, banking $60,000 for #7 Best.casino.

Overall, the .coms claimed their usual lion's share of the spoils, piling up 13 of the 20 entries on the Big Board. NameJet who, along with sister site SnapNames, released their top January sales this week, accounted for four of those .com sales. VastNetwork also helped the .com cause with a $51,888 sale of #8 IOTUSA.com made via Afternic.

The non .com gTLDs put four names on the honor roll. Two of those were solid .xyz sales from Swetha.xyz - #13 Mural.xyz at $39,888 and #14 Parasol.xyz at $29,888 (the new owners of both have coming soon pages for their businesses up now).

The ccTLDs claimed three places, all logged by Sedo. In addition to the WV.de sale, they moved #10 Mode.io for $50,000 and #15 Broadcast.co for $20,500.
