Braden Pollock Stages Domain Sales Chart Takeover With Top 3 Sales and 12 of the Top 20

Veteran domain and angel investor Braden Pollock, the Founder of LegalBrandMarketing.com, has logged a lot of high end domain sales over the years, so he is no stranger on our sales charts - but this time around, he has simply moved in and taken over the place. Braden accounted for all three of the biggest publicly reported domains sales since or last bi-weekly update and went on to claim five of the top ten and 12 of the Top 20 on our latest all-extension leader board. The power trio that led his rampage was Evan.com at $400,000, KBF.com at $260,000 and Flourish.ai at $165,000. The nine additional sales Braden charted rounded out a dazzling dozen that totaled over $1.3 million

To be fair, part of this dominance can be chalked to this being the first time in 2Q-2026 that Braden has sent us an update so a lot of eye popping numbers came in at once. on the other hand, that was mostly due to him being too busy selling to think about reporting (especially since the latter doesn't pay nearly as well)! Underscoring that is the fact in the first half of this year Braden booked over $3 million in additional sales that could not be reported at all due to NDAs.

The ledger he just released includes a fourth six-figure sale, #4 (tie) Skills.org at $100,000. That is the second biggest .org sale reported so far this year, trailing only Sedo's $145,000 sale of On.org in April, which is also the biggest non .com GTLD sale reported so far in 2026.

Speaking of Sedo, they also have a member of the six-figure club, as did Jeff Gabriel's team at Saw.com.  Sedo sold KMAU.com for $100,000 while Saw secured the same amount for Thundr.com. That allowed those two to join Skills.org in a three-way tie at #4.

There was a remarkably even distribution between our three TLD categories with the .coms and ccTLDs taking seven spots each and the non .com gTLDs claiming six. The non .com Gs added a second Top 10 entry with the $94,999 sale of #7 Buzz.xyz at TopDomains. The ccTLDs also earned two places on the top half of the honor roll - both .ai sales - with Mike DeLucia's $65,000 sale of #8 (tie) AIAgents.ai through Afternic completing the twin bill. Mike told us he hand registered this domain in late 2022, giving he a nice ROI indeed on that investment.

While .ai posted the top two country code sales, .io took over center stage on the second half of the elite list with four charted sales, led by #11 Blitz.io at $57,698, thanks yet again to Legal Brand Marketing.

Country Codes

Braden Pollock's sales came from a variety of TLDs and that made him the central figure on all of our charts this week. In addition to taking four of the top five on the all extension chat you saw above, he accounted for three of the top five on our latest Country Code Top 20 Sales Chart. Fluorish.ai at $165,000 gave him the top spot, Blitz.io at $57,698 nailed down #3 and Lock.io secured #5. As if that weren't enough, Braden added #14 Harmonica.io to the Legal Brand Marketing ledger at $8,195.

Still, Sedo - as they so often do - rolled up the highest number of charted sales in this category, taking 10 of the Top 20 entries with a roster led by #4 MercatoLive.fr at $51,300. While .ai is usually the leading TLD on this chart, .io slipped past them this time out, out pointing .ai 6-4. Atom.com's $40,000 sale of #6 Invested.io and Sedo's $39,000 sale of #7 Blueprint.io helped the TLD turn in its best performance of the year to date.
