Pair of 7-Figure Sales Plus Two Others in 6 Figures Light Up Latest Chart and Add Fuel to Ongoing Domain Aftermarket Boom

As we get closer to the official start of summer, daily temperatures are rising but they still haven't caught up with the heat high end sales are creating in the domain aftermarket. Over the past two weeks, two of the year's five biggest publicly reported sales of the year to date were posted with both ringing the 7-figure bell. The biggest of those was a $2,129,509 haymaker landed by Hilco Digital's Andrew Miller when he sold Fuse.com for Braden Pollock in a deal we wrote about on May 21. On the other side of the table, Neil Bostick from QEIP.com helped the buyer find their dream domain. With this sale, Miller has two of the year's three biggest sales in his column - the other being the #1 sale of Icon.com for $12 million last month.

The second seven-figure bomb was dropped when Rob Schutz at Snagged.com who helped Slash Financial acquire Slash.com for $1 million. Elliot Silver shared the news at DomainInvesting.com when Rob closed the deal and carved out a place for Slash.com in the #5 spot on our YTD Top 100 Sales Chart

The hits just kept on coming with a pair of 6-figure sales that both came out of the current frenzy surrounding AI related domains. In this case they were a $225,000 sale of Breeze.ai that James Booth  (DomainBooth.com) made through Afternic and a $120,000 sale of AgenticAI.com via the Spaceship Seller Hub. Spaceship put four more from this category on the top half of the leader board with domains from the red hot .ai ccTLD. That quartet was led by #5 JCL.ai at $95,500.

Sedo also tore through the Top 20, leaving a long trail of solid sales in their wake. They swept 13 spots in all including the entire second half of the honor roll! Sedo's ledger was led by #8 Begin.org at €50,000 ($62,150). That gave the non .com gTLDs their lone chart entry. Sedo was hitting from all corners of the court though, also scoring with .coms and multiple ccTLDs. Sedo's "Mr. Premium", Mark Ghoriafi, posted two of those - #13 Drew.ai at $25,000 and #15 MiamiNews.com at $20,000

Keep in mind that these are the highest value cash only sales that have been reported to us in the past two weeks. This column is meant to be an educational tool, not a complete list documenting ALL high value domain sales. Such a list is impossible to produce because many sales are kept private at the insistence of buyers, sellers or both. Country Codes

The ccTLD story continues to play on what seems to be an endless loop. Thanks in large part to the .ai boom, so many ccTLD sales are landing in five and six-figures (all of which get reported in the all extension sections above) that you've already seen most of the names that make up the Country Code Top 20 before if you even get this far! Of course, that's a good problem for this group to have.

In another typical outing, .ai domain swept the first five positions on our latest ccTLD Top 20 Chart with James Booth's big $225,000 sale of Breeze.ai leading the way. The biggest sale in this category that you haven't seen yet is a $9,214 sale of a nice two-letter domain, #14 DN.TV at Dynadot. They had another strong one in the four-figure range with #17 E.cv at $7,599.

Non .com gTLDs
