Two of the Three Biggest Domain Sales Reported YTD Headline Latest DNJ Chart -  Prices from Three Historic 7-Figure Sales Also Revealed

In our last bi-weekly report we told you about Andrew Miller's historic $10 million sale of Club.com going onto our All-Time Top 20 Domain Sales Chart where it is now tied for #10 with Connect.com. While the transaction closed in 2025 Andrew just disclosed the price paid two weeks ago. Shortly after that report came out we learned that the Club.com sale closed in June which also makes it eligible for our latest bi-weekly Top20 Chart (we include all sales being reported for the first time, as long as they closed within the previous 12 months. This also what happened earlier this year when Larry Fischer revealed the biggest reported sale of all-time - AI.com at $70 million). As a result, Club.com takes it's place atop our latest all-extension

leader board and also joins our Year to Date Top 100 Chart that includes the biggest sales reported so far in 2026.

The cherry on top is that AI. com and Club.com has been joined in the year's top three by a new seven-figure transaction - one of the biggest 3-letter .com sales on record - NAS.com at $1.25 million. In a post on X.com, the buyer, Nuseir Yassin, whose business has been operating on NAS.io, revealed his acquisition of the .com in a deal brokered by Lumis.com.

As if that weren't enough, the YTD Top Ten got yet another new member when Ish Milly invited the buyer of 420.com to join him on camera to confirm $500,000 was paid to obtain that monster term from the cannabis field. Ish brokered the sale that ties for #7 on the 2026 honor roll. Ish said it took two years to get the deal done but its in the books now and a new site is already live.

...but wait - there's more! I know this is starting to sound like a late night infomercial but there are three more six-figure sales on our latest all-extension Top 20 Chart. Sedo rang up $200,000 for #4 SuperApp.com, K-Ventures used Atom.com to close a $130,000 sale of #5 Amnesia.com (who could ever forget that one!) and Deepak Rajani, representing the seller, brought home a $110,000 sale of Rupees.com through Afternic.

Another interesting story line was the emergence of some impressive aftermarket activity in the Amazon-owned .now TLD. Four of them crashed the Big Board this week with two posted by TopDomains - #8 XXX.now at $50,000 and #19 Gratitude.now at $12,988 - and two by Evo.domains that tied for #15 - Escape.now and Flights.now at $17,500 each with both going to the same buyer. The non .com gTLDs got a fifth chart entry thanks to Chris Hood's $35,000 sale of Pet.pro through Afternic.

The ccTLDs were limited to three spots this week, all posted by Sedo with #14 Archipelago.eu at $17,550 leading that trio.

On another front, we learned what was paid in three big historical sales this week. NDAs prevent most high end sales from ever being reported but some sold under NDA have an expiration date in the contract that leaves the door open for public release at a future point in time. We got lucky with AI.com and Club.com being cleared to release in just under a year, but in one fell swoop veteran broker Ali Zandi (Steadhaus.com) was able to gives us the prices (and documenation) from three 7-figure sales that he closed nine years ago. Those have all been added to the 2017 Top 100 Sales Chart in our Domain Sales Archive with all landing in the top ten for that year. Those are #3 Token.com at $2,017,825, #7 (tie) Sneakers.com at $1,750,000 and #10 Future.com at $1,000,000 (I suspect a lot of people would like to get in a time machine and go back for that one).

Now, back to the present! Here is how the leaders lined up  for the two weeks ending Sunday, April 26, 2026:

Country Codes

.AI sales tend to be reported in large bunches at once with occasional pauses in between. With this being one of those tweener time frames, room was left for for some other TLDs to take a turn in the spotlight, though .ai still had two of the top four sales on our latest Country Code Top 20 Sales Chart. Sedo has the biggest sales from both groups putting Archipelago.eu in the top spot at $17,550 and Basic.in at #3 ($12,000). Their .ai winners were #2 Ely.ai at $17,000 and #4 (tie) Sunyata.ai at $10,000.

Sedo went on to sweep 18 of the 21 chart entries (the extra spot resulting from a tie for the final spot). Nameshift filled two slots including #8 with CES.nl at $7,605. Here is how the top ccTLD sales stacked up for the two weeks ending Sunday, April 26, 2026:

Non .com gTLDs

As we noted in the all extension section at the top of this report, .now added some new muscle to the non .com gTLD team. They accounted for four of the top five sales on our latest Non .com gTLD Top 20 Sales Chart, led by the $50,000 sale of XXX.now at TopDomains. Only .org, a TLD that has been having an especially strong aftermarket run, had more entries - ringing the bell six times with a roster led by Sedo's $11,995 sale of #6 AgentID.org.

Here is how the non .com gTLDs stacked up for the two weeks ending Sunday, April 26, 2026:
